- Europe customer could return the product to Germany.

- US/Canada customer could return the product to California.

- No question asked exchange for faulty product: Within a year from the delivery date. We don't offer upgrade.

- Items are not damaged, abused, or missing accessories.

- All Chassis, Power Supply, Accessories has one year warranty.
